Hotel Policies

We require full payment to be made before confirming and securing your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded. The Paradise Village Hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time for any reason.

Processing Fees are non-refundable. For a full refund of accommodation fees (incl. taxes, excluding processing fees), cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or makes changes to the reservation less than 7 days before check-in, including changing check-in or check-out dates, the nights not spent are not refunded, and changes to the reservation are not allowed.

No-show Policy:

If you have a guaranteed reservation, the room will be held for you until 9:00 am the morning following your scheduled arrival. If you do not check-in by that time, your reservation is considered a “no-show” and you will not be issued a refund. If your arrival is going to be delayed past 9:00 am the morning following your scheduled arrival, please contact the hotel as soon as possible to avoid your reservation going into “no-show.”

Check-in/out Policy:

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM;
Check out: 11:00 AM;

For late arrivals after 7:00 PM, advance online registration is mandatory. For security reasons, guests have only ONE online registration attempt, and it includes uploading clear ID and selfie photos.
Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Late check-out policy:

Late check-out is subject to room availability

  • 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
  • After 3:00 PM check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Early arrivals and late departures:

Early arrivals and late departures will be based upon availability and may be subject to additional fees.

Email and Text Message Opt-In:

By booking, you authorize Paradise Village LLC to send text messages and emails with details regarding your reservation information, important updates, and exclusive offers. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Your consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt-out of receiving these messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages or by contacting our customer support.

Guarantee Policy:

  • A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
  • For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check-in.
  • The Paradise Village Hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time for any reason.

Children and Extra Beds Policy:

  • There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
  • All children are welcome. Up to 2 children under 12 years old stay FREE of charge when using existing beds.
  • Any additional adults are charged $10.00 per person per night when using existing beds.
  • Additional fees may not be included automatically in the total cost and fees will apply upon arrival.

Pets policy:

Pets are not allowed. You will be charged a $150 fee if we find any pet trace in the cabin/room.
The Hotel pets policy does not apply to certified service animals.

Smoke-free policy:

Smoking is not permitted within hotel buildings themselves, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. You will be charged a $150 cleaning fee if we find cigarette odor and/or butts in the cottage/room.
